Most SBAC services are delivered digitally or through scheduled consultations. Physical products, including energized ritual items, are shipped after preparation, energization where applicable, and order verification.

How We Deliver Services

Delivery depends on whether your order is a digital report, consultation, remedy guidance, or approved physical product.

Digital Astrology Reports

Personalized digital reports are delivered by email, WhatsApp, or another agreed digital channel after payment confirmation and receipt of complete client details.

Typical delivery: 3 to 7 business days, unless a different timeline is stated for a specific report.

Consultations

Live consultations are delivered online, by phone, or in person by appointment. Booking confirmation and session instructions are shared after payment confirmation.

Typical scheduling: based on mutually available appointment slots.

Remedy Guidance

Remedy instructions, ritual guidance, and follow-up notes are usually delivered digitally. Any physical item is supplied only when explicitly agreed for that order.

Digital delivery follows the related service timeline.

Energized Physical Products

Energized items, crystals, ritual products, printed reports, or other physical products are shipped after order verification, payment confirmation, and any required preparation or energization.

Preparation/energization may take 2 to 3 business days. Estimated courier delivery is typically 7 to 10 business days from dispatch.

Astromani Healing Gemstones & Rudraksha

Gemstones and Rudraksha ordered from our shop are sourced or selected against your order, energized with the prescribed day, ritual, and mantra, and then dispatched in tamper-evident packaging. Pieces set in a pendant, ring, or bracelet are made to order in the metal and size you choose, so they are crafted only after your order is confirmed.

Loose stones and beads: energization takes 2 to 3 business days before dispatch. Made-to-order jewellery: typically 7 to 12 business days before dispatch, plus courier time. Shipping within India is free and insured.

Important Delivery Terms

  • There is no routine physical shipping for standard astrology services because most services are delivered digitally or through consultations.
  • Delivery timelines begin only after successful payment, complete required information, and confirmation of the selected service scope.
  • Incorrect contact details, incomplete birth details, client-side scheduling delays, courier delays, or force majeure events may extend delivery timelines.
  • For physical shipments, courier name, tracking details, delivery charges, and estimated delivery time will be shared where applicable.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout or confirmed before payment. Domestic shipping may be included for specific products where stated on the product page.
  • Ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Undeliverable or returned packages caused by incorrect address details or repeated failed delivery attempts may require reshipping fees.
  • For delivered physical items, a clear, continuous unboxing video from sealed package to item condition supports claims for damaged, defective, missing, or wrong items.
  • International shipping, if available for a specific physical product, will be quoted separately and may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions payable by the customer.
  • Astromani Healing shop orders are shipped free and insured within India. The parcel is sent to the delivery address entered at checkout, so please check the name, phone number, city, and PIN code before paying.
  • Made-to-order jewellery is crafted to the metal, size, and carat weight you select. Because each piece is made for you, please confirm your ring or chain size before ordering; resizing after dispatch is chargeable.
  • Gemstones and Rudraksha are natural. Colour, tone, inclusions, banding, surface texture, mukhi lines, and exact weight vary from piece to piece and from any photograph shown. These natural variations are part of the material and are not treated as defects.
  • Digital reports and consultation deliverables are considered delivered once sent to the email address, phone number, WhatsApp account, or other channel provided by the client.

Non-Delivery or Delay

If you do not receive a confirmed digital deliverable within the stated timeline, contact us with your name, payment reference, and registered phone or email. We will verify the order and resend or update the delivery status.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and exceptions are governed by our Refund Policy. Delivery delays caused by incomplete client information do not automatically qualify for refund.
