Product Information & Energization
- We try to present product descriptions, images, quantities, prices, and usage instructions accurately.
- Natural variation is expected in crystals, gems, rudraksha, botanicals, and other natural items.
- Energization is performed where applicable and may require 2 to 3 business days before dispatch, unless a product page states otherwise.
- Spiritual products and upays are based on traditional belief systems and are not substitutes for medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
Orders, Availability & Delivery
- Your order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, address issues, or regulatory restrictions.
- Availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted and processed.
- Delivery timelines exclude preparation or energization time. Estimated courier delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Risk of delivery issues increases if contact or address information is incorrect; reshipping fees may apply for undeliverable or returned packages.

Astromani Healing is a registered trademark of Sachin Bhatiaa Astrology Center and is the brand under which we sell energized gemstones, Rudraksha, and jewellery through this website. Purchases from the shop are contracts with Sachin Bhatiaa Astrology Center and are governed by these Terms, our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Pricing, metals & sizing
- Gemstone prices are calculated from the carat weight you select, plus the making charge for the form and the cost of the metal chosen. The price shown before payment is the price you pay; it is confirmed on our server at checkout.
- Prices track the cost of natural stones and metals and may change without notice. A change does not affect an order already paid for.
- Where you choose "Other" as the metal, we will confirm feasibility and price with you before crafting begins, and either proceed on your approval or refund the order.
- Ring and chain sizes are as selected by you at checkout. Bracelets and malas are supplied free size.
Remedial nature & suitability
- Gemstones and Rudraksha are traditional remedial and spiritual items. We do not promise any astrological, financial, health, career, relationship, or other outcome from wearing them.
- A gemstone should be matched to your birth chart. Choosing a stone without a consultation is your own decision, and we accept no liability for a stone selected that way.
- Nothing sold through the shop is a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
- Pieces made to your chosen metal, size, and carat weight are made to order and cannot be cancelled once crafting has begun, except as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping, return, replacement, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by the policies linked below. By placing an order, you agree to the evidence and timeline requirements stated in those policies.
- Delivered physical product claims must be raised within the applicable window stated in the Refund Policy.
- An uninterrupted unboxing video may be required for damaged, defective, missing, or wrong item claims.
- Consultations, personalized reports, digital products, memberships, and remedy guidance are generally non-refundable once work begins or access is provided.
User Content & Reviews
If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, feedback, or other content, you confirm that it is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and does not contain confidential third-party information. You grant SBAC a non-exclusive right to use submitted content for support, quality improvement, website operations, and marketing, subject to applicable law and privacy commitments.
